If you have been following us anywhere, you will know that I have been promoting our exciting Photo Contest here on Prolific Living to no end. When Picnik kindly offered to sponsor us with the 3 Free Memberships to a pro account after the initial post on my love of Picnik, I was thrilled to be hosting such great giveaways in return for all the creativity and fun that the Picnik lovers were willing to share. The turnaround was wonderful. We had 36 amazing and beautiful photos submitted for our 10-day contest, and thanks to all of you, we had some tough decisions to make during the judging process. But we are ready to announce our top 3 chosen winners and showcase their beautiful photos here for everyone to see.

I want to sincerely thank the great staff at Picnik for sponsoring this contest with 3 6-month free memberships to a Pro Account! Not only do I love the growing features and fun of using Picnik, I absolutely love the people behind the face of Picnik.
Next, I want to thank our gracious judges. Besides Prolific Living (me) as your first judge, we are indebted to two trusted friends of mine: Naomi Takeuchi, founder of 1000 Cranes.com, and Pascal Monmoine, a creative and warm professional photographer (See both Site 1 and Site 2 for Pascal).
And last but not least, I wanted to give a shout to Laura Roeder for her excellent video on Creating Fame which set the whole thing in motion on blog contests. This contest was viewed nearly 1000 times (Does Google Analytics lie?)! She outlines great ideas on values of running contests and creating a loyal fan base. She has me inspired in running future contests here on products that I believe in and services that I can offer, so keep reading!
