4. Never ever gossip about your boss.
5. Be punctual, reliable, and resourceful.
6. Never ever disagree with your boss in public.
7. Become his go-to guy or gal.
8. Make your boss look good. All the time. In his absence and presence.
Do these 8 strategies and you will start to see an immediate change in your relationship with the boss, but better than that, you will start to see that your work and your career will become easier, less of a struggle and more of a supportive effort to get you where you are going.
