How to Boost Your Energy: 10 Minutes to Invigorate

The 10 Minute Daily Invigorator is LIVE now!

Our bodies were meant to be strong, healthy, happy. Our bodies were meant to move, to dance and to breathe life in. Our bodies were meant to be an expression of life force and vitality.

Does your body move and breathe just as you want? Does energy run through your veins every day and all day long? Do your arms want to embrace life with a kiss and do your legs want to run wild through an open field like a happy child?

I said yes to every question here. What about you? And no, I am not being clever. I am very sincere. Are you FULL of energy? Do you know how to boost your energy in natural and quick ways?

For 4 years now, I have tapped into an amazing source of energy – twice as much as in my 20s! – and a deeper understanding of my body, and it must show because my energy makes the first impression on the world around me, even before my words. “So much energy in that body of yours!” And I would swear, “No, really, it has nothing to do with luck or genes. Trust me!

So you asked me about it – you and everyone else. How do I do it? How do I stay so energized all day long?

Today, I have my answer for you and I have put it in a fantastic package where I am showing exactly you how to infuse your body with energy and how to invigorate yourself in just 10 minutes a day, and from what I hear in pre-release reviews, it works wonders!

So go ahead and check out Prolific Living’s first all-video-based offering to you. The doors are open and I invite you:

You’ve created a GREAT product! It’s pretty amazing how just 10 minutes of the right exercises can really give so much energy. I really hope those who reach for the caffeine for a ‘pick-me-up’ will reach for this instead. :)

    • http://www.ProlificLiving.com Farnoosh

Thank you, amazing and wonderful Aileen, thank you so much! I hope you enjoy the rest of the series as much as we enjoyed creating them and have Greg watched the extra FAQ video where I talk about what to do if some of the routines or movements are just not right for you!

      • http://www.kaizenvision.com Aileen | Kaizen Vision

Greg will we watching the video about “what to do if some of the routines or movements are just not right for you!” My next task is to get my Mom to buy this series. It would be soooooooo good for her! She’s one who will say how hard it is for her to …xyz….. and your exercises work for EVERYONE! I told her if she doesn’t buy it by Friday, then I’m buying it for her and she, Mrs 70 yr old lovely lady, will need to give you a testimonial!

        • http://www.ProlificLiving.com Farnoosh

Now I would *love* to know your mom’s honest perspective. Andy kept me in check, as I was telling someone below, to keep them easy yet give enough challenge to get the body moving and shaking :) So, please let me know how your mom likes them, Aileen and a million thanks for believing in me.

  • Vishnu

Thanks for the videos Farnoosh = already jumped to day 2 – are we allowed to do that? lol = is there a name for the 90 degree elbow series? is it fair to call that the ‘chicken’ pose:)?

    • http://www.ProlificLiving.com Farnoosh

Dear Vishnu, too funny – you can call it anything you wish, so long as you do them with me. How’s that?
A million thanks for the encouragement, for the tweets and for already giving me feedback. So happy you are enjoying the videos!

      • http://www.ProlificLiving.com Farnoosh

PS: Yes, you can do them in ANY order – I talk about that in the first video. Did you watch that one? :) Hope so!!!

  • Vishnu

Yes, any order but did you say more than 1 video in a day? lol I’m assuming the answer is yes:)

    • http://www.ProlificLiving.com Farnoosh

Good question – I didn’t say either way and now I see what you meant: You did two today! Wow! You can certainly do more than 1. I’d not do them back to back because I go into more of a closing in and relaxation at the end … but doing one in the AM and one in the PM, totally! I am so impressed, Vishnu :)!

Oh my goodness Melody, after I did the bonus video for breathing techniques, including the Breath of Fire and Lion’s Breath, my husband shut off the cam after we were done and said, “ok then, you are *really* putting yourself out there with these videos.” …. And boy am I ever – and the funniest part is how comfortable I was making these videos. Maybe I was *meant* to be a health instructor, creating movement and breath every day to help others? Oh what a dream job! And thanks so much. You can get the first day video for free from the page so let me know what you think ….
PS: When are you podcasting again? I need more :)!

      • http://www.deliberateblog.com Melody | Deliberate Receiving

I think you’re definitely meant for this. As long as you’re having fun doing it, that’s your sign right there! :)

I’m actually uploading 2 more audios tomorrow, and will be adding an audio download page to the site. From now on, I should be adding more podcasts at least weekly. Yay!

        Mel

        • http://www.ProlificLiving.com Farnoosh

Melody, (Mel for short? Love it!) I am gonna hold you to it :)! Thanks so much – I did enjoy so much creating those videos. Who knows. There may be more but for now, you remind me to record Friday’s podcast. Happy podcasting! Thanks for coming back here.
