Complaining at the workplace can be fun, it can be a huge outlet for frustration and pent-up tension. It can even be therapeutic, but you have to understand, that it has serious consequences. If this were a fun game of Party Bingo with your friends, yes, you could have fun all day and complain to your heart’s content while enjoying your games, but this is your career we are talking about so exercise caution!
