Farnoosh!!! I love watching your videos, girl! Do more!!!
Believe it or not, I haven’t done much juicing, so I’m looking forward to getting your tips and getting more excited about it. Masticating juicers seem to be impossible to buy here in Spain, so I may have to settle for a centrifugal one. Or, I can just go visit the cute dude at the juice bar.
Hugs!
Melody
Well, Melody, you are lucky because there is more videos coming
! And I did a ton of them on the 10 minute daily invigorator, too. Did you get a chance to watch them?
! Thanks for saying hi!!
I have actually been too busy to juice myself for a while – is that not funny? But yes, the masticating is great. Now, I have never done a centrifugal one. Melody, I say go see the cute dude
Dear Farnoosh, hi! I loved your video and your enthusiasm talking about green juicing. I would love to try it and see if it works for and how I can modify it according to my body needs. Where should I begin? How? With what ingredients? I would appreciate it if you could include me in your list.
P.S. Maryam is fine and she is sooooo busy with work…
Take well and have a nice weekend coming up…
Looking forward to your kind advice on green juicing.
Best regards,
Leila
Leila, hi! I also sent you an email earlier today. Thanks so much. Did you join the newsletter? You have to find a place to try it in Iran. I am sure you can find carrot juice somewhere? That’s the simplest of all green juices. Or carrot and apple juice. You would need a juicer or a machine that can juice them and it’s not the same as a blender or mixer. Say hi to Maryam and it’s so so nice to hear from you here. Thanks for your comment.
Hi Farnoosh,
You are really getting great at these videos!
I’ve seen you mention green juicing a few times before, but I have to admit, I haven’t really given it a second thought until now. I love vegetables, but the thought of drinking them isn’t particularly appealing. I’m also not very keen on the idea of having to buy a juicer just to try it though. Maybe I’ll have to see if I can find a friend with a juicer and give it a whirl first.
Hi Adrienne, thank you!! It was a lot of work, trust me! Behind the scenes is always a bit more chaotic
!
You should totally try it at least once. I know how it feels not to think of vegetables in liquid form but they are delicious. As for not having a juicer, that’s a primary problem I am trying to solve for my audience so stay tuned – did you join the list? – and find a friend in the meanwhile to give it a try and keep me posted.
I love green juicing! personally i use wheat grass and pennyworth to get my greens.
Ashley, I have *not* done wheat grass on my juicer but have had it outside on a juice bar. What is pennyworth? Do you have a good recipe for either? Or is it just alone by themselves? THANK YOU!
It is called pennywort, not pennyworth.

Loved your high energy video. I just received my juicer and am looking for recipes to try. I know it will be a great enhancement to my overall nutrition and fitness. Thanks for what you’re doing!
P.S. Want me to talk to your husband to get him on board???
Hi dear Mark, yes talk to that stubborn husband of mine, will you? Thank you, I have a lot of energy and it’s no doubt from how I eat and what I drink (hint, hint!
). So glad you enjoyed this and be sure to sign up for the newsletter as I have created tons of fresh content (not even on the blog) that I send out on that newsletter.
