Dear Tina, I am crazy about Ashtanga (or Astanga, I see it spelled both ways) but there is nowhere decent to go around here so I study and practice Baron Baptiste style of yoga. So happy to hear from another fellow yogini. Thanks for your kind words Tina and come back here anytime!

Hi, must say a very nice post with a lot of useful information. I was just looking for sth like this to read. And yes, yoga is love.
I have been practicing Astanga yoga for few years now, and its amazing. I can feel postitive effect on my bod and in my soul. I become very clam. Amazing.
Keep up good work.
